Children of Prisoners are many in Uganda. At this time, more than 80 of the vast number (close to 90,000) of children of prisoners in Uganda have the opportunity to gain an education, health, clothing, food, and a sense of belonging through Wells of Hope Academy. Yes, the need is still great but we must know that life by life, story by story, tear by tear, smile by smile, victory by victory, and child by child we can make a difference!!! Of the more than 80 who have access to Wells of Hope Academy, only 3 are fully sponsored. A child can be fully sponsored for $30 per month. If you would like to be involved in the life of a child through sponsorship, please know that this is a fabulous organization. Knowing the on ground leadership of Wells of Hope Academy and spending time with the children and educators gives me full confidence in saying that every penny given is used in a worthy manner.
